          I worked for over 12 years as a designer, web designer, layout artist, among other related roles.           Managing people or resources is not a possible task if you are not effective in your communication, whether when communicating with members of your team, suppliers, superiors or anyone else. In order to always have clear communication, I learned to synthesize thoughts and ideas for the sake of agility, but also being able to formulate the same ideas in a more didactic way for better absorption and understanding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
