Runarcana is a project created in 2018 with a focus on creating content for the League of Legends and RPG community. Within this project I have acted as founder and creative manager, coordinating people around the world who have become interested and have become part of this project.

Management
From the moment I managed my first team working with web design, I learned to value the strengths of each member, as each one of them was of utmost importance to understand each one's capabilities, something essential to be able to extract the maximum potential of these members.
Writing
Before graduating in Language, I was always a writer in my spare time, dividing my time between reading and writing. This characteristic was what first opened my space in the world of electronic sports, when I founded a website called Icathia, which brought together several creatives from the most varied arts.
Design
I worked for over 12 years as a designer, web designer, layout artist, among other related roles. During this time I learned a lot that I take to my professional life, especially regarding the role, whether finding or developing a solution to fulfill this role.
Communication
Managing people or resources is not a possible task if you are not effective in your communication, whether when communicating with members of your team, suppliers, superiors or anyone else. In order to always have clear communication, I learned to synthesize thoughts and ideas for the sake of agility, but also being able to formulate the same ideas in a more didactic way for better absorption and understanding.
Technique
I often took on challenges that required me to use skills that were not in my arsenal, and I learned to develop these skills in conjunction with the work I was doing. Over time, I became really good at this and realized that I had improved a lot in learning how to learn.
